Mothers' Day sale

I scored a couple of really nice strands of pearls at Bead It! Best part is that the pearls were 50% off due their Mothers' Day specials. :) Can't pass up a good deal, now, can I???

For some odd reason, I've been on a sewing kick this weekend, so I haven't actually finished anything with these pearls yet. We'll see. :)

A Blurb About Me

Life is hectic. As you can read, in addition to designing jewelry, I'm a mom, a (Navy) wife, Naval Reservist, businesswoman, amateur shutterbug, and I like to bake. :)

I also like to write, hence the blog (and it's lack of focus on jewelry.) Here, you'll find bits and pieces of what it's like to be a mom, a (Navy) wife, Naval Reservist, businesswoman, amateur shutterbug, and maybe some of the yummy things I make around here.

As for the jewelry, my creations rely on a variety of mixed media and techniques ranging from traditional Japanese arts, silversmithing, and plain old trial and error to produce beach inspired artisan jewelry. All designs are original and produced as one of a kind or as part of very limited edition runs. You can see them below or visit my Etsy store.
